Keystone Building Certifiers is an independent, NSW-accredited private certification practice specialising in residential certification for new homes, duplexes, secondary dwellings, swimming pools, and major alterations and additions.

Founded by experienced certifiers who saw too many quality projects delayed by slow processes and poor communication, Keystone was built around a simple principle: deliver rigorous certification without unnecessary bureaucracy.

Our clients deal directly with the registered certifier responsible for their project, receiving practical advice, timely decisions and clear communication from start to finish. Today, more than 90% of our work comes from repeat clients and referrals, a reflection of the trust we've built with builders, developers and homeowners across NSW.
